Thousands of accused individuals are awaiting for their verdict in this inhuman condition; cramped space, tropical heat, insufficient water, and what is worst part of this, this jail is ruled by the inmates themselves as there are not enough police men to take care of these prisoners thus this jail is dominated by the hierarchies and power relations, and one with the power decides and he is the boss of South Cotabato Jail, they call him El President: Glecerio de Pedro, otherwise the other way to survive is Money, inmates with money can buy anything to survive, cigarettes, food from the jail canteen above all fresh water and those who cant afford it have to drink ground water.
