We asked to speak to the manager who refused to talk to us but still I sister we had to pay for the extra adult and to take it up with the site they use to sell their rooms (even though we did it through their webpage) we were just going around in circles so we left it and headed to the park. Seems absurd to me that I cant buy normal coca cola but a good half to two thirds of the drinks menus in both the hotel and theme park are alcohol.
