The building also will feature 20 suites that can seat 20 people in each, a private club that can hold 145, a pair of VIP clubs that can comfortably fit 80 in each, and a premium concourse club that seats 590. The project is expected to bring nearly $32 million to the Coachella Valley annually, along with $200 million during construction, according to projections by Oak View Group, the project sponsor. The$300 million, 11,000 seat arena is currently being built in Thousand Palmsnext to the Classic Club Golf Course just north of the Cook St. Interstate 10 exit.
